The boy racers are in action again at the weekend. Broadford is the venue, and pain is on the menu.
The Cycling Pursuits Cup will take place on Sun 7th March in Broadford, Co. Limerick. All categories are catered for….A1, A2, A3, A4. The A4 race is 4 laps of 8.5 miles. 34 miles in total. Prizes for first eight riders. A1, A2 and A3 race will be a handicap race. 7 laps of 8.5 miles. 59.5 miles in total. Handicap will depend on size of respective groups. Prizes for first ten riders.

Main Race: 1.20pm
Entry Fee: €15
Drinks and refreshment available at the event!
The course is different to last year, and is a lot less hilly (phew). The course can be viewed here.

The Lacey Cup Team from last Sunday included (L-R) Dick McElligott (TCC Sec), J.P. O’Connell, Tom Ryall, Pete Landy, John Kelly and Aidan Blackwell. Jerry O’Connor and Martin McCarthy provided back-up from the SAG Wag. His Excellency, John O’Connor was also on hand in the Presidential Limo.
